Set Discord "Playing" status to game name

Changes in this PR:

• Allows Discord to display as "Playing [gamename]" (using name in RPC.update)
  • Implemented as a feature on Discord's side last month
  • Mention of FastLauncher has been moved to the state field instead
• Removes now unused i18n field app.discord.state
