add functionality to email the reports when the tool finishes running

when running the tool repeatedly through a cron, it would be useful to be able to have the tool send the discovered-domains.csv and domain-similarity.csv report files in a zip file.

the groundwork for this has already been configured with the addition of MailUtil.py and .dnsrazzle/etc/mail_config.conf
