Setuptools installed but errors

I have setuptools installed however when I run the setup file "python3 setup.py install" I get an error on line 2 saying "No module named setuptools" Im not sure why...

When i try to run command python2 websploit it shows like this... /data/data/com.termux/files/usr/bin/python2: can't find '__main__' module in 'websploit' can anyone help me though i installed python2
