RemoteTCPInput and RTL-SDR v4 - Invalid behavior after changing gain

Hi,

I use RemoteTCPInput as a source. When connected to my RTL-SDR v4 (RTLSDRBlog, Blog V4, SN: 00000001) I have a problem setting gain. After changing, the label 0.0dB is gone (maximum gain is set to 28.0 however, RTL-SDR v4 supports up to 49.6). On Nooelec v3 and Nooelec v5, everything is fine.

I have tested on different librtlsdr. All the same, gain settings for RTL-SDR v4 do not work correctly
