(Minor) RemoteTCPInput client sets Tuner VGA gain to 0 when pausing and resuming

If a workspace is loaded from favorites and started, the VGA gain is set correctly. If receiving is then paused and resumed, VGA gain is set to 0 until I change the knob. Looking at debug output, the command 0x06/setTunerIFGain is actually sent three times: First correctly, then to 0, then correctly again. If pausing and resuming, the third command is omitted and the gain stays at 0.
