I don't see RTL-SDR or HackRF in sampling device list

Can someone help me please, I don't see any devices..

using ubuntu 23.04 udev-rules is installed starting gui with ./run.sh -g

I can see both devices (with usbutils installed in container), but not in sdrangel image
