Stereo DSB decoding L-R injection level

@f4exb In https://github.com/f4exb/ngsoftfm/commit/3e6e6d57eb9c0f7d51458624a1fdfcca8dd5fa55 the injection level multiplier is changed from 2.00 to 1.17. I would appreciate if you kindly tell me what makes you change the injection level multiplier. Thanks in advance!
