Fixes #49

  • [x] Add 2D interactor
  • [x] Allow to switch between 2D and 3D interactors with 2 and 3 keys
  • [x] Set the 2D interactor automatically for 2D data
  • [ ] Tests

Replaces the deprecated MR #132
