Improve Animation System

F3D Animation System could be improved by adding some standard animation features in order to make F3D an light alternative to make quick animation review in a post production context.
Here is a list of features that are missing from now :
Navigate inside animation :
- [ ] Frame by Frame animation
- [ ] Play Animation Backward : https://github.com/f3d-app/f3d/issues/2683
- [ ] Go to First / Last Frame
- [ ] Jump to key frame #2589
- [ ] "Ping pong" Animation Mode (Read animation forward until its end and play backward until its start)
- [ ] Make animation continue on file reload
- [x] Make animation stop on file change
The main problem here is to find consistent bindings across features. It will be weird if go to next frame and go to last frame don't use the same modifier. So we have to make some test to find the best bindings to make those features easily accessible and consistent.

Expose Value inside API
