F3D is a collaborative project, let's collaboratively construct the roadmap for 3.3.0 release!

3.4.0 is a minor release, so breaking change are not allowed

1. F3DWeb finalization

F3DWeb, the wasm version of F3D is quite popular despite being an experimental software. Let's industrialize it!
