QuakeMDL: Add support for groupskin
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. F3D now support opening QuakeMDL files, however it is not possible to load groupskin at all, it would be nice to be able to and to create animations accordingly

- Read QuakeMDL doc and understand how
groupskinworks: http://tfc.duke.free.fr/coding/mdl-specs-en.html - Read
groupskinin the importer and create new animations for them with thegroupskinprefix - Adapt the current groupskin test to check the animation works
