CI: MacOS + Java bindings occasionnaly segfaults

Describe the bug MacOS + Java bindings occasionally segfaults, specifically: In CI, since we switched to macos-13, the TestJavaBindings when building against vtk 9.2.6 fails with:

This has not been reproduced locally yet.
