Added possibility to provide OAuth2CodeReceiver and to get the data of the current page int the PageEvent

For UWP the default OAuth2CodeReceiver is not working so I would like to provide my own ICodeReceiver.

Getting the received data in the paging event is usefull for showing already receive MediaItems because if you query a lot of media items this can can some time.
