Include Live Timing window in "Save Layout"

I like having the Live Timings on my TV besides the video streams, but it's not currently included in the saved layout.

This feature is already scheduled and is currently being developed. With the last informations I got, the v2 of the Layouts will be available after Testing.

@f1multiviewer Are there any updates on this since 4 februari? This would spare me 5 minutes per session of opening, repositioning and resizing the Live timings window; opening, repositioning and resizing the Track map window; opening, repositioning and resizing the Sectors leaderboard window; opening, repositioning and resizing the Speedtrap leaderboard window.

@LarsStegman @WesselKroos yes, several updates were shared in our Discord recently:

It's a big refactor that required many different parts of the app to be changed, which complicated the implementation.

I've not been able to work on anything the last week because I'm dealing with some personal stuff, but will continue working on it next week (and potentially this weekend)
