[Linux] Saved layout players cannot be moved between monitors

There appears to be some difference in the way windows are created between opening a player manually and opening a saved layout.

If they players are opened manually I can freely move them around between monitors however if I open a saved layout the windows are unable to leave the monitor they started on.

Arch Linux (X86_64) KDE Plasma (wayland)
