case sensitivity for .subckt and .ends

Netlist viewer doesn't recognize subcircuit if .subckt or .ends is in lowercase.

If you know C++ can you open a PR to fix this? The project is halted, I'm not using it since many many years.

sorry, I'm not able to offer a source fix. I'll convert netlists to uppercase as a workaround. Thanks for netlist viewer!
