running blur on crossover/wine macos 13.3

wondered if anyone managed to get blur to work on crossover/wine on macOS 13.3 and if so how, I've managed to install blur but when I try to drag a video clip onto blur nothing happens, I'm guessing blur isn't picking up the video file, would be really helpful if anyone knew how to fix this thanks.

I can open terminal on my Mac but how do I get blur to work through this?
