Hi, thanks for that, I'll grab the beta, however, how and where do I enter that term? How do I change the container, I can't see any options anywhere. Thank you

Should be easier to find in the latest release (2.0). As Couleur said, you can use a lossless codec or set the quality to 0 for as close to lossless encoding as you can get.
