Clicking on the system tray icon brings up the Gammy UI behind other windows

Often, clicking on the Gammy system tray icon brings up the Gammy UI behind other windows.

Here is an example of an cross-platform open-source project with a system tray icon that opens a window, but always places the window on top of other windows, and gives it focus:

This is the only issue that I find impedes workflow when using Gammy.

I'm using Gammy v0.9.64 on Win7 64-bit.
