Provide Windows build instructions

Is there any reason why there is no windows compile for the last 4 releases?

yup i was asking the same... so do i need to compile it myself?

Deploying on Windows is time consuming for me at the moment. Some things working on Linux and not on Windows (and viceversa) complicates things further. It's coming, but I intend to fix up some other things first. In the future I'll look into providing instructions for building on Windows to help with this.

so it's not reccomened to use these latest releases as for now?

It's still a valid release and works well. The fixes in 0.9.54 are nothing major.

By the way, 0.9.52 for Windows is actually 0.9.52a. The zip folder was silently updated.
