allow people to donate to the person who helped them

Also provide the ability to use whatever donation method they prefer. Flattr, Paypal, etc...

My thought was to just allow them to paste some arbitrary HTML for their donate button, since those sites provide HTML snippets just for this purpose. Please ignore the mayhem that comes with allowing people to inject arbitrary HTML for now.
