bug: default sort order isn't described, and can't be set explicitly

I love that eza uses natord to sort numbers in file names intuitively. But this isn't mentioned in the docs or man page (unless I missed something). There also doesn't seem to be a --sort= option that uses that sort order.

Oops, sorry, --sort=name sorts the default way. It would still be good to explain the order.
