Multiple Errors

when installing gpg the following errors pop up:

Err:2 http://mirror.liquidrp.de/ubuntu noble InRelease
Err:9 https://cesium.di.uminho.pt/pub/ubuntu-archive noble InRelease E: Failed to fetch http://mirror.liquidrp.de/ubuntu/dists/noble/InRelease Clearsigned file is not valid, got 'NOSPLIT' (does the network require authentication?) E: The repository 'http://mirror.liquidrp.de/ubuntu noble InRelease' is not signed.
