Nerd Font that ticks all the boxes?
Does anyone have a recommendation for a nerd font that ticks all the boxes and shows all the icons in EZA.
I am using iTerm2 (latest), and never see all the icons, so would appreciate any recommendations and settings advice that helps display all the icons I should be seeing :)
My prompt looks like this
I did used to use that font, but IO don't see any difference between either of them in iTerm2. My font settings are this
Have I set it up wrong or am I destined to always see the question mark?
Might be worth pointing out I am using Powerline10K in UTF8 mode on a ZSH based console/terminal...
@takuhii Uncheck the option Use built-in Powerline glyphs in your iTerm2 Settings
Still no difference TBH, this is with MenloLGS NF font activated and Powerline Glyphs disabled
@takuhii By MesloLGS NF I'm assuming that you're downloading the one made for Powerlevel10k here? In my experience, while it's missing a few of the newer nerd font icons (e.g. toml icon), it should have no issue displaying the folders and files in your screenshot 🤔.
If you downloaded the font long time ago, it might worth trying to re-install them in case a newer version is available, which may have patched the icons that are missing.
Side note: As mentioned above, even the latest version of MesloLGS NF is ~2 years old and is missing a few of the newer nerd font icons. While this should cover most cases, I got slightly annoyed by the few missing ones (which is why I stumbled upon this issue during Google search lol). At the end, I re-generated a patched version of the MesloLGS NF fonts using the newest nerd font patcher (v3.4.0).
