portainer-ce 2.1.1 After clicking the stack menu, the stack list cannot be loaded。

这是个bug，由于工作变动原因导致之前的手稿丢失，现在不打算修复了，等官方稳定了2.0我再从源码汉化，需要管理堆栈的先用我另一个源码翻译的1.24版本https://github.com/eysp/portainer
