Update the wiki

I've noticed that pywal16's wiki is kinda outdated. Is it possible to update the wiki to reflect the changes made to pywal16?

yeh, i know, one of this days i ought to take time and update all the wiki, only updated some parts of it like the install instructions and customization i think, not to mention added the fix for imagemagick-7 to the wiki.

Just FYI, the dwm part probably needs updating as well. Due to commit https://github.com/eylles/pywal16/commit/c894700a3c9d422625dc0d58c97354ac01d03f36 my dwm kept segfaulting because it was trying to access SchemeUrg which didn't exist as it was moved to a different file.
