When activated, toolbar buttons aren't fully colored

As you can see, when I press on a toolbar button and activate it, only a part of the button is colored. How could I make it so that the whole button is colored?

huh i just noticed that does happen on my system, and checking with the upstream kvlibadwaita it works as intended, so clearly i was the one who fucked up...

i'll work on this but i got no estimated time as i will have to do roll out the build-kvantum script as something that does work.
