it works so far so closing this for now.
i did some more tests with xterm and zsh, programs like w3m or plugins to show colors on vim won't work properly under the 256 color registers option, also did...
welp, i'm not sure myself tho, since i do ```xrdb -load ~/.Xresources``` as merge will preserve some default values that existed before but will try testing again on this.

Ah thanks, i'm looking into improving this to have it do some stuf automagically with a wrapper but that is besides this issue. Hmmm iirc there should be one utility...
Still got more to do on this, will try to push some of the changes i want to push this week and try to do the stderr redirection.
Was also thinking of converting the script to bash since i have not found a way to read term props in dash, and don't know of other way of doing...
