Payment Methods: potentially add Gold/Silver, GNU Taler, and Apple/Google Pay

I think it would be good to add Gold and Silver to the payments page. I know its mostly promoted by libertarian boomers, but there is no denying the longevity of gold and silver as a real currency which is recognized around the world.

GNU Taler: a promising but privacy-preserving alternative to PayPal but decentralized

Potentially add Ven (digital currency, not a cryptocurrency), vendor solutions Apple Pay (locked to Apple ecosystem), Google Pay (locked to Android, Wear OS and web) and Alipay to payment comparison. I don't know about the privacy implications of Ven (a digital currency that almost nobody realized it) but it's seems to be pretty private too.
