Should feeds default to their own table, or a shared table?

Realizing that #3 might be much easier if I could assume feeds items were in one table, and deal with the rarer cases where they're not.

One thing I've been stuck on thinking about this: If feeds default to a shared table, how would I indicate unique table names?

One idea: specify feeds by doing name=url where name is a table name. But I'm not sure Click will support that.

Another, maybe simpler approach: If you want to put a feed in its own table, use the table name option and fetch that feed alone. If you're fetching multiple feeds in one call, we assume they go in the same table.

I think I like that second way better.
