Suggestion for Documents Chineselize

We contributors may know, in China's special network environment, it has a high demand and a wide range of needs to use the leaf (or like) proxy configuration tools. Based on the actual situation of population and network application in China, this kind of demand may even be greater than the sum of all the needs of people in other parts of the world. If this project can provide a set of Chinese translated documents (e.g. README.md), it should have a better response.
