feat: support AugmentCode integration

Motivation
AugmentCode is an amazing coding agent/assistant (mainly great context). It's one of the worthy options to consider IMHO alongside the IDEs themselves (cursor, windsurf) and claude code etc.
Proposed Solution
Make it possible for augmentcode's plugin to interact with Taskmaster.

@CtrlAltFocus what exactly would you need to make this work ? We have a standard mcp integration, so I guess that works, what could we do better to integrate more with augment code ?
Can confirm that it works flawlessly with AugmentCode, better even than with Cursor itself where "get tasks" and "get task" often get stuck and dont move an inch.
