feat: Add codex integration

"Codex was just released by openai, lets add an integration with them"

Motivation

  • We add rules to all systems and applications we integrate with
  • So we need to add rules to codex since they allow it

Proposed Solution

Clearly describe the proposed feature, including:

  • Add "agents.md" to task-master init to init tm rules into codex more easily

This is a two-fold issue, right?

  1. Integrate AGENTS.md
  2. Fully integrate Codex CLI in a similar fashion like Claude Code (so users can use ChatGPT Plus/Pro subscription instead of API)
