feat: Improve Parse PRD feedback

"when doing parse scripts/prd.txt in cursor, it doesn't do anything"

Motivation

  • We need a better way to give feedback to users when a PRD is being parsed

Proposed Solution

  • We have several options:
    1. Immediately respond and just have the user wait until the tasks are generated
    2. Wait until AI editors implement MCP native "reportProgress"
