feat: add next steps to response of done task

"Direct quote or clear summary of user request or need or user story."

Motivation

To improve the flow of task completion, once a task is set as completed, it would be nice to add to the response the details of the next task or at least explain to the AI that it should pick up the next task straight away.

This is based on a request done here: #221

Proposed Solution

Clearly describe the proposed feature, including:

• Change set_task tool response to include information about next task
