Add a list of words in their base form

Add a list of words in their base form: Verbs in third person singular male past, nouns in singular male. Also include Python code with which the list was generated from Hspell.

thanks @zvikabh . major updates to the repo are pending... i also did some preliminary work myself in the lines of this PR to generate lists of singular base forms for verbs (בניין קל)/nouns/adj. once i have time i will look into this!
