Feature request - Disabling automatic time computation

Hi,

what about disabling automatic PrintTimeGenius activation and adding a button to manually start the plugin on a file (as with Arc-Welder)? I'm using Pi Zero (pretty slow) and I'd like to use PrintTimeGenius on a file after it has been processed by Arc-Welder (I'm currently obliged to stop PrintTimeGenius on a file - as soon as it has been uploaded to Octoprint - to speed up Arc-Welder).
