CSS attribute tranform:rotate not applied to text

I have a text element with transform: rotate attribute applied on it. On chrome 46 version : transform has no effect in saved png On chrome 62 version : everything as expected in saved png. Any idea on why this s happening??

This sounds like a Chrome bug. Are any browsers other than Chrome 46 exhibiting the problem?

No. Even on chrome 46 its appearing fine on browser. Problem exists only in saved png. To be exact,in saved png on 46 version,I can see mirrored image of text.
