gitui Indicate active branch

Describe the solution you'd like Display currently active branch, for example in the top-right corner.

Describe alternatives you've considered Open a terminal, check there. Or exit gitui, check the branch and launch it again.

Not sure I follow - this is the vanilla terminal font 90% of gitui uses it. are talking about that one hard to read?

I guess the active branch is so important to many people that we even add it to our shell prompt - the most verbose you can be. So, maybe it would be reasonable to offer a color override for that branch display in the theme?

@naseschwarz sounds good to me. Let’s maybe use the same color as for branch names as in the log already instead of adding another theme key?
