gitui shows tabs in patches incorrectly

Describe the bug See how numbers "4.4.0", "11", "4.5.0" aren't aligned in the gitui window in the stash view:

Since gitui strips leading +/- characters from patches and shows them with colors, correct tab spacing can be expected from gitui.

There should also be the 'tabstop' setting.
