IBKR Gateway Freezing and Displaying a Grey Screen After 50 Minutes When Running in Docker with noVNC

I am running IBKR Gateway inside a Docker container and using noVNC for remote access. After approximately 50 minutes of runtime, the IBKR Gateway application becomes unresponsive and displays a grey screen. The only way to recover it is by restarting the container, which is not ideal.

I am looking for potential solutions to prevent IBKR Gateway from freezing or a method to recover it without restarting the entire container. What could be causing this issue, and how can I ensure the Gateway remains stable for extended periods?
