Installation fails via mobile access

When attempting to use Bazaar on a mobile device to install an extension, the installation appears to proceed (processing appears, refreshes page) but the extension remains uninstalled.

I use Samsung galaxy Note wir Android 6.0.1 als my Browser is Chrome v 4.2.00-93

Since that issue we made a few changes in the way tasks are run and logged.

We've had no new reports for some time, we need to find out if it's still happening
