Add explicit support for Google go toolchain

We should now be able to support the main go toolchain. we should support both tinygo and google go and explain the difference in the readme. I think this task is mostly about documenting it and adding another version of the CI that runs the google toolchain. But there may be some changes needed in the codebase.
