[Bug]: Hover not working reliably on Google Sheets with Google Drive pictures

Description

Hover not working reliably on Google Sheets (docs.google.com) with google drive (picture) links in it. Picture link would be drive.google.com.

Reproduction steps

1- Navigate to a Google Sheets sheet that has a cell (e.g. A18) with a Google Drive link. This Google Drive link is a public view picture. 2- Hover over either the link or the image. Sometimes the hover will stop working randomly. Debug information in the console only shows "hoverzoom.js:12 closeHoverZoomImg(undefined)", although it sometimes is delayed. 3- Reload the page. It may or may not work. Also, if you wait a random amount of time, it may work without the need to reload the page.

Expected behavior

Always pop up the image when hovering over the link or image.

Sorry, just gave up on this and created a simple version with Violent Monkey (like TamperMonkey) just for Google Sheets, as I could not find something simple for my needs.
