hoverzoom Recent update has reset plugins and sites settings

Checked on two separate PCs and my plugins and sites settings have been reset on both instances after todays update(s).

This was unfortunately caused by a migration to a modern storage that is a pre-requisite for Chrome's Manifest V3 compatibility. I tried implementing a migration and I waited for a month before publishing a release in case somebody found any issues, but nobody said anything and it's too late now. I'm sorry.

There could be a button to migrate old settings over, for cases like this. I looked through the migrateOptions function, and it seems fine

@Taizunz @LiliaDoe Are you using Firefox? I've tested auto-migration in Chrome and it seemed to work for me. I didn't test Firefox.

Added a button that should migrate the old settings if they haven't already. It'll be out in the next release!

I didn't think to actually try it because I just redid my settings right after reporting the issue. I fired up one of my secondary PCs that used to have the old settings applied as well though, and it looks like it migrated the old settings after clicking the button.
