display delay does not work

When hovering over an image on FB it will immediatelly show the image, thus not respecting the delay of 2 seconds. It's quite annoying when it tries to enlarge each and every image the cursor passes.

it only does it to pictures that have been cached. pictures it hasn't seen before honors the delay.
