Images not saving
Editing this post to better reflect what I'm seeing.
Describe the bug Since updating to Version 1.0.205, images do not save.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Hover over an image
- Image pops up
- Press "S" for save or "Z" for zoom, etc
- Nothing happens
Expected behavior Image should download, zoom, etc.
Screenshots N/A
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: macOS
- Browser: Brave
- Version: Brave v1.50.119, HoverZoom Version 1.0.205,
Additional context Tried refreshing the page, resetting all HoverZoom to factory defaults. F for flip and U for copy image URL, Z to zoom etc. seem to work. The arrow keys cycle through galleries. But Save and Zoom functionality do not. I tried remapping their keys, but still nothing. No saving is ever initiated.
same issue, same version on Chrome 112.0.5615.121
OK well this is silly, but it's now working. Turns out somehow in the update, a checkbox in the settings needs to be checked.

Checked it, and save is working fine now.
Edit: If it helps, checking this box caused a Brave pop-up asking if I want to grant permission to this extension to manage downloads. Perhaps this permission was reset when updating to this newer version after the "weird multiple downloading" issue of last week.
Everything running fine and smooth now! Thanks guys.

i had this option disabled too, but after enabling, the extension greyed out and did not work. i had to reinstall and recheck the box in order to fix
@GrosPoulet Is it possible to show something when user attempts to download but permissions are not enabled? It's not intuitive to have to go to the advanced options to enable this permission.
Same problem - and same resolution in Advanced Settings. It’s impossible to guess if you don’t know where to fix it. You could add a warning in keyboard management as it’s the first thing the user will look at.
this worked for me , but downloading multiple times same file @extesy

@OwElko make sure you are using version 1.0.205.
