Describe the bug

I have this option enabled with the SHIFT hotkey:

Activate Hover Zoom+If a key is set, Hover Zoom+ will be active only when this key is held down.
Hover zoom plus gets activated (images get zoomed in) without holding the hotkey to activate it.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to discordapp.com
2. Hover over any picture without holding the SHIFT key
3. The image is zoomed in
4. See the error
5. Hold the SHIFT key and hover over the same image
6. The image is zoomed in
7. Release the SHIFT key
8. The image stops getting zoomed in (the issue is only at the start of the webpage).

Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. Do not zoom the image when hovering over it without pressing the SHIFT hotkey.
