Move format-/case options alongside Upper Case & Lower Case under Edit menu?

Maybe text-manipulation:format-sentence should be editor:sentence-case along with the other :format- options, and also then placed under Edit > Text > Sentence Case in the menu?

Wouldn't it be weird to split extension functionality into different menus? Might be hard to find if you don't know where to look for it.

Perhaps, but from the user point of view “case changes” should be grouped together. Maybe just have duplicate menu items both under Packages > Text Manipulation and Edit > Text…
