Update source code
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The source code of your app doesn't seem to have been updated in almost a year. You seem to have released another version around half a year after the last commit. If you have done any changes to the code before the release, you clearly violate the GPL under which Telegram is released.
Describe the solution you'd like Update the source code in the repo to at least the latest release, ideally even the latest development branch.
Are you aware of the fact that the GPL is a legally binding agreement? That means violating it is illegal.

Even still, why not update the source code, in case one day they DO start caring about it?
Plus, that is not too nice for open-source developers seeking to compile the client for themselves or try to fork it.

While that's the case it's not okay to not redistribute modified code that's under the GPL. If this was open source other clients could also benefit from patches made for exteraGram.
Even still, it is not that hard for devs to save themselves from lesser-possible future legal problems and allow people to create cool stuff with exteraGram's code. It takes just two commands: git commit -m "update to 10.13.1, we're so ba(rra)ck"; git push origin main.
(are there any secret nuke codes you have to remove before updating the source, and that's what holding you guys back?)
There are too many thieves who do not take the license seriously, we should feedback to telegram officials to sanction them, and even if we put aside the open source agreement, this software also has the function of violating the tos agreement, then telegram officials have plenty of reasons to sanction them
